Implementation Lead

We're looking for the person who'll take Nebla into real operation at clinics: shepherd the live launch, understand how billing actually happens today, listen to users, and turn what happens on the floor into concrete product improvements.

What you'll do

  • Lead the live launch and operational accompaniment of Nebla in each clinic.
  • Understand the billing and account-review process, especially in emergency.
  • Accompany users while they actually use the system.
  • Detect errors, gaps, blockers, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Organize feedback from the clinic in a clear, actionable way.
  • Translate business rules and operational findings into needs for the internal team.
  • Track implementation, adoption, and quality of results.
  • Validate that the system is used correctly with the required documents and supports.

Ideal profile

Someone very hands-on, organized, with strong communication — comfortable moving between clinical users, admin staff, and the Nebla internal team.

The first 6 weeks

A clear path from understanding the operation to having a stable accompaniment rhythm across two clinics.

Week 1 Initial diagnostic
  • Understand the use and billing flow at the first clinic.
  • Meet key users and points of contact.
  • Sit in on the first real-use sessions.
Week 2 First findings
  • Document findings from the initial operation.
  • Organize a first list of errors and improvements.
  • Align with the team on how to report and prioritize.
Week 3 Rules & adjustments
  • Go deep on the site's business rules.
  • Track adjustments and validate they solve the problem.
  • Structure reusable learnings.
Week 4 Second site launch
  • Accompany the implementation at a new clinic.
  • Detect differences vs the first site.
  • Identify rules and dynamics specific to the site.
Week 5 Consolidation
  • Consolidate the picture of findings per clinic.
  • Prioritize what's critical for adoption and billing.
  • Deliver actionable feedback to the team.
Week 6 Stable rhythm
  • Stable accompaniment rhythm at both sites.
  • Clarity on risks, improvements, and critical rules.
  • An orderly process ready to scale.

What success looks like

  • The clinic feels close accompaniment and clarity in the process.
  • Problems are detected fast and well documented.
  • The internal team gets useful, concrete, prioritized information.
  • The implementation moves forward with order.
  • Each clinic's rules and quirks are well understood.
