What you'll do
- Lead the live launch and operational accompaniment of Nebla in each clinic.
- Understand the billing and account-review process, especially in emergency.
- Accompany users while they actually use the system.
- Detect errors, gaps, blockers, and opportunities for improvement.
- Organize feedback from the clinic in a clear, actionable way.
- Translate business rules and operational findings into needs for the internal team.
- Track implementation, adoption, and quality of results.
- Validate that the system is used correctly with the required documents and supports.
